To secure the use of the entire lodge, a group would require a minimum of 12 hunters, but could be as large as 20 hunters.

When securing the entire lodge... your group will be the only hunters using our lodge facilities and property. Since our efforts will only be focused on your group, we will be in position to make some special arrangements if needed.

Entertainment... options are available and will carry an additional charge and are virtually endless. Calling seminars by professional and/or world champion callers can be arranged for the evenings or your group might be interested in a hands on taxidermy demonstration. If you're hosting a husband and wife group, you may enjoy a live band or folk singer one evening. Of course, there's always the option of an afternoon/evening trip to the gambling capitol of the south, Tunica Mississippi. Whatever your needs may be, options are available, but its always hard to beat an evening of swapping hunting stories around the fireplace.

Afternoon activities... may be arranged on request. Depending on the success of the morning hunt, we may need to duck hunt the early part of the afternoon, but other options are available for the days you limit out in the morning. Your group, or some members of your group, might enjoy an afternoon quail hunt at Captain Hacks Hunting Preserve. Located less than 30 miles from our lodge, Captain Hack has some great bird dogs and excellent shooting opportunities for flighted birds. Spring River is less than 50 miles away and provides some outstanding trout fishing opportunities or a limited number of bow hunts for deer may be available on some of the state owned ground in our area.

Hunting Conditions... Actual hunting may vary depending on weather, the moon, rain and temperature, but a variety of locations are available. Locations do include flooded rice field pits and flooded green timber. We only hunt private ground.

Hunting Party Size... The total number of hunters in your party will determine the numbers of hunters in each hunting group. For example; a group of 12 hunters would be spilt into three groups of four for each hunt. You will have the option to select the members for each hunting group or we can arrange to draw groups each evening, prior to the next morning's hunt. If you prefer, we can rotate guides and/or locations between the individual groups on a daily basis.

Lodging Accommodations... Each sleeping unit has a private bath, television and two full size beds. We will sleep two persons to each room, but in the event your group has an odd number of hunters, one person would room by the.

Special Needs... If members of your group have special dietary needs or physical limitations, we ask that you provide us with those details at the time you book. We will go out of our way to accommodate every member of your group.

Meeting Facilities... Meeting facilities and audio/visual equipment arrangements can be accommodated.
